Our alpaca yarns are 100% natural products processed at a mini-mill without harsh chemicals or carbonisation. Slight variations in colour and in thickness can be expected. The occasional vegetable matter might be present and can easily be removed by hand when knitting/crocheting. Our yarns are a once-off product - we cannot repeat the exact colour the year after, as our animals' fleeces grow slightly different as they age.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Campo Verde yarns so, in case of a major defect, you may return your item to us within 15 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price (less shipping fees).
